Michael McLoughlin makes audiowork, drawings, sculptural objects, video and installations. As a result of many years of practice based investigation, research and exploration in social contexts, he realises gallery based as well as site specific artwork. His work examines the value placed on the feelings of ownership, belonging and connection experienced by both the individual and the collective.
